
Dr. Mohammed Mohsen
Dr. Mohammed Mohsen obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2004. He then completed 4 years of internal medicine residency training in Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and was certified in internal medicine by the Arab Board of Health specializations in 2010. Thereafter he started his 3-year fellowship in General Cardiology at HMC’s Heart Hospitaland became certified in cardiology by the Arab Board of Health specializations in 2014.
He proceeded to a two-year fellowship program in cardiac electrophysiology and device implantation at the Heart Hospital. Thereafter, he pursued his training in cardiac electrophysiology and device implantation at the University Hospital Zurich (Switzerland) from March 2017 to Feb 2019.
Dr. Mohsen is currently working as a consultant cardiologist and interventional electrophysiologist at Heart Hospital where he performs cardiac device implantations and ablation of different supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias. He has a special interest in Atrial fibrillation (AF), having established the AF and Stroke Prevention Clinic at the Heart Hospital.
